HISTORY OF ILLNESS
This is a 51-year-old, right-hand dominant female who injured herself in March 2010. The individual was working with cattle at the time of her injury when a cow came out of the ring and through the gate breaking the hinges, landing on the claimant.  The individual suffered first and second rib fractures and left superior and inferior pubic ramus fractures.

HISTORY OF ILLNESS
This is a 41 -year-old, right-hand dominant male who injured himself in October 2016.  The individual was branding cattle at the time of injury when a cow attacked him, and he was pushed against a fence.  The individual suffered a pelvis fracture from the collision.

HISTORY OF ILLNESS
This is a 64-year-old, right-hand dominant male who injured himself in September 2017.  The individual was performing a C-section on a cow when the knife slipped, penetrating the individual’s thigh.  The injury eventually resulted in an infection that was only discovered after the 3rd knee replacement.
